Team Monthly Memberships

Do you have a team? Do you need to get from outside into a gym? We can help! Impress your players and parents with one of our Team Monthly Membership Packages. Memberships come with a weekly Team Shooting Machine session, Team Vertimax session, and a 2 hour on court practice sessions. $100.00 deposit is due at sign up. All players must also obtain a Per4mance Factory member card for $10.00 and have waivers on file. Team must also submit proof of insurance prior to start of first session, Limited memberships Available. Act Fast!
